1. Oops, Wrong Customization: If you spot a mistake in your order within 48 hours of placing it, just give us a shout. We’ll do our darnedest to fix it before it hits the production line – and guess what? It won’t cost you a dime.
2. Can’t Fix It After 48: Once that 48-hour window closes, we’re hands-tied on tweaks. The gears are already turning in production land. But don’t sweat it too much. If your order’s small (less than 2 items), we’ll whip up a new one on the house. Got a bigger order? We’ll work with you to minimize the hassle.
3. Quality Blues: If your product isn’t up to snuff or arrives with a snag, no worries. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort you out with a full refund. We’ll shoot you an email once we’ve processed your return. Just a heads up, it may take a bit for those funds to hit your account.
4. 30-Day Freebies: You’ve got a whole month from delivery to decide if you’re vibing with your purchase. Don’t love it? No problem. Just send it back or swap it out – no questions asked, as long as it’s still in tip-top shape.
5. Sending It Back: Need to make a return? Hit us up, and we’ll hook you up with a return shipping label. Easy peasy.
